THE MAPLES JUNIOR KINDERGARTEN PROGRAM...
...balances child-centered and teacher directed learning with stimulating academic and social experiences for children who are four years of age. The program begins where The Maples Seedlings Pre-School Program ends. By virtue of small class sizes and considerable teacher involvement, the children have significant opportunities to grow and develop at their own rate. Ongoing communication with parents ensures that children receive the best from both home and school. The students learn and play in a safe, nurturing environment. The program is filled with the challenge and success of learning new skills, discovering the world around them as well as experiencing positive social interaction. Many activities combine academic and social skills development. The students will be prepared for the academic-based Maples Senior Kindergarten program.
